Our Current openings:

Clerical & Logistics Coordinator

Selby New York Inc. is looking for a organized & responsible individual to join our team at our headquarters in Southampton, New York. Individual must have a true start up mentality with the desire to do both everyday clerical tasks & larger scale projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Pack & Ship Samples 

  • Fulfill orders: packing, wrapping, kitting etc

  • Reconcile invoices & shipping statements

  • Organize samples & production retains

  • Track current orders  & manage suppliers

  • Manage of daily deliveries & outgoing mail

  • Manage tracking & logistics process

  • Manage warehouse inventory

  • Miscellaneous administrative functions as needed: errands, office organization, customer service etc.

What you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong experience with G Suite applications

  • A natural ability to solve problems and seek new information

  • Passion for creativity

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to gift wrap and create kitted packages

  • Ability to lift 30lbs. as job requires various warehouse activities

  • Ability to drive & a valid drivers license

  • Willingness to travel 

  • Adobe & Photoshop skills are a plus

  • Interest in new products & trends are a plus

  • Must love dogs…or at least be okay working with them

The Perks:
