Clerical & Logistics Coordinator
Selby New York Inc. is looking for a organized & responsible individual to join our team at our headquarters in Southampton, New York. Individual must have a true start up mentality with the desire to do both everyday clerical tasks & larger scale projects.
What you’ll do:
Pack & Ship Samples
Fulfill orders: packing, wrapping, kitting etc
Reconcile invoices & shipping statements
Organize samples & production retains
Track current orders & manage suppliers
Manage of daily deliveries & outgoing mail
Manage tracking & logistics process
Manage warehouse inventory
Miscellaneous administrative functions as needed: errands, office organization, customer service etc.
What you’ll have:
Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications
Strong experience with G Suite applications
A natural ability to solve problems and seek new information
Passion for creativity
Attention to detail
Ability to gift wrap and create kitted packages
Ability to lift 30lbs. as job requires various warehouse activities
Ability to drive & a valid drivers license
Willingness to travel
Adobe & Photoshop skills are a plus
Interest in new products & trends are a plus
Must love dogs…or at least be okay working with them
